Cold startup problem

I have a 93 atx and just recently replaced plugs wires and gaskets and cleaned the intake and im sure it was put together right but now when i start it being cold it dies unless my foot is on the accelerator and for the rest of the day it is fine and does what its supposed to. i have replaced the throttle position sensor but did not help. Anyone have any ideas

Have you searched this forum? Your not the first person to have this problem. And you wont be the last. There are many variables under the hood that can account of the problem you are having. I am quite certain they have all been pretty much explained here. All you have to do is take the time to do your homework and diagnose the problem carefully, if you dont do this it can get really expensive.

Try Resetting the idle. Same symptoms on mine when I cleaned the intake, etc.. and that cured it.
