cobra rims

I want to get 98 cobra rims for my 94 sho and the cobra rims have 5.72 offset/backspacing and a 4.50 bolt pattern. I know the sho has a 4.25 bolt pattern so these probably won't fit. If i get them re-drilled for the 4.25 bolt pattern will the offset/backspacing work? How do they get these rims to fit on?? http://www.performance-plus.com/svt_wheels.htm

They're replicas made for T-birds that fit the sho. Shop around they're all over the place. In fact run a search in this section and you might find a few retailors.
