Climate Control Automatic button don't work

When i push automatic button on the climate control nothing happens, but when use the fan it works fine. 95 3.2 ATX 88,000 miles
Any ideas.

Is there any resistance when you push the button? The head may have to come apart to determine the problem.

No, actually it clicks as usual.

pull the codes on the eatc it will probably tell you a sensor is out of range just a guess but thats the best place to start
