Ok, vehicle is up and running again after timing belt, water pump, cps replacement.

Before this was done the vehicle had 40+ codes in it, now there is only 4...

113-ACT indicated -40degF. Circuit open.
118-ECT indicated -40degF. Circuit open.
123-TP sensor circuit above maximum voltage.
126-CID circuit failure.

Am I chasing a bad wire or harness ?

If you try to go heavy on the throttle and RPM is under 4k it bogs and falls on its face, if the RPM is above 4k, you can go wide open throttle and the car just pulls HARD.

The engine idles and sounds great.
I did a search and found nothing like this.

Any one have a similar problem or have an idea ?

Thanks as always...
The vehicle Idles great and engine sounds strong.

I would suspect an open/bad signal return line that services several of the named sensors or some other open ground circuit fault. All four of the named sensors share a common return line to the PCM. Refer to the EVTM for the circuit diagram.

It also sounds like your secondaries are not operating properly.

You need to specify which vehicle you are working on, we aren't psychic...

BTW, the 126 code is for the MAP/BARO sensor out of range. The chart at SHOTimes is incorrect.

Begin troubleshooting by addressing the FIRST code only. Multiple codes may indicate a pattern, but focus on the first code output first.

Sorry, wasn't thinking...

This is on the 93 MTX.

I am not sure if secondaries are opening, but it feels and really sounds like they are opening.

This maybe a stupid question, but what is EVTM ?

Thanks again.
