Hello all,
My 89 had the A/C compressor replaced when we did a clutch job 2 years ago adn we never ended up hooking th elines up and charging it. we taped off all the hoses and zip tied them to the subframe to prevent shit getting in them but i think the tape came off a little and there is crap in it. i bought a kit from canadian tire to recharge your own A/C system (came with 2 bottles of refridgerant hose and guage for 50 bucks) and i want to hook it up for the summer. does anyone know what i will need to do to hook everything up and have it in working order? thanks a bunch

to do it properly, you need to hook up an evac pump to clear the system of all the moisture and what not, then you can charge it
