CELO (Cold Engine Lock Out) Switch harness

In my 92, I'm replacing the crimped hose on the heater hose input line and noticed my CELO was disconnected. I vaguely remember not hooking it up when I put my motor back in and I think the reason was I couldn't find it. Anyone know where the connector pops out of the harness or what else is in that group?

It's right below the wiper motor. Has about a foot of wire and then a black connector. I'll shot a pic and post it if you still can't find it.
