Caravan to JAX May 20th

I will be leaving Saturday probably around 2 p.m. My father and step mother will be in town from St George, UT and want to have lunch with me that day so I can't leave any earlier.

Kelvin, is this time going to work for you or did you want to leave earlier.

I'm with Brian. Sleeping in wouldn't bother me. Caravaning is more fun than driving alone anyway. Just tell me what time to be at your house.

man I'd love to caravan up there and add another sho to the line-up but I just don't think I can make it.

what is the next meet going to be? the track event @ Gainseville? Or is that pretty much just a open day track event some of you are going to? Any spectators allowed? What if I wanted to go along but not race on the track yet? If a few people want to go I'll be down for a caravan! I'll be waiting for some info on the next one

The party in Jax is the closest event. Next is Gainesville. At this point all we can do is spectate because all the spots are filled up. Chris and Tara are the only ones racing from FSHOC. We still have a blast at the hotel and spectating at the track. At least this time it won't be like -2 degrees with 100mph winds like last time....... :laugh_ti:

welp I'll be down to go if a lot of other FSHOC members will be in Gainseville, especially if we can get a caravan going! even if its not to race there are still a lot of bars and places to have a good time, it is a college town.....

The Gainesville track day is free to spectate. I already got permission from the guy who organized this one for us to have a meet up at the track the 17th. As for a caravan to Gainesville-I will be leaving Palm Bay around 2 on Friday the 16th. I will be taking I95 N to 40W to I75N and getting off at the Le Quinta exit. Its about a 3.5 hour drive this route.
A faster way is 95 to 528 to 75, but there are tolls involved and I don't want to have to get a 2nd mortage to pay the additional axle fees.

So recap:
Arrive at La Quinta Friday night. Grab some grub, drink some alcohol, and enjoy the pool this time
Caravan up to the roadcourse Saturday morning, a couple of us will race and we will shoot the shiat in between.
