Whenever it rains the foor between the front back seat on the passenger side leaks. I checked the front and back passenger door seals and they seemed to be ok. Any other places I should be looking?

it could be leaking from rear window side window etc and just ending up puddling there. also the floor might need sealer??? if you remove the carpet and look for water stains follow them up you should find the source.. when dry you can try compreesed air.

This car has been in Arizona and California its whole life, There is absolutely Zero rust to be found anywhere on this car. Also, It does not have a Sunroof.

Well, there go those ideas. Gotta be coming from the door or window then

Check for the upper back window seal. Happened to me once , drips on the leather and soaks up the rear floor mat. Might wanna have a look over there.
