Can Someone Explain these Computer Codes??

I just went thru the process of reading my codes and I got:
551 Problem in Intake Manifold Runner Control (IMRC) solenoid/circuit - Solenoids
157 (R,M) Mass Air Flow signal is/was low or grounded - MAF
158 (O,R,M) MAF sensor is/was high or short to power - MAF
216 (M) Primary circuit failure - ignition coil 2 - Ignition Systems

I realize there's a problem with the MAF, but what is it exactly, or what do you suggest to fix the problem???

can you start your car? Check the plug at the MAF, check wires coming from plug to see if they are pulled out, look inside of the plug at the teeth. Make sure those are okay.
