I would suggest not driving the car until you can use a mechanic's stethoscope to listen to the oil pan. Sounds awful lot like rod bearings.

It ran just fine before I did the work but I used the stethiscope and the noise is coming from under the rear valve cover and theres oil leaking arroud the cam sensor is it possible that the vakves arent getting oil because of the leak or is it something more serious because of the oil pressure light

what "oil pump gasket" are you talking about? are you sure you got it in there right? you cannot drive it w/ the oil pressure light on.

did you have the valve covers off? often the valve cover gasket gets rolled during installation of the rear valve cover, resulting in a serious and messy leak on the passenger side rear of the engine.

heres the part number for the stuff i put on TCS45871 from oreilly auto parts and im sure i put them on right. im not driving it because of the red oil light and I didnt have the valve cover off but it is leaking arround the passengers side. but long story short it was running fine until I did the work then the ticking under the rear valve cover started it sounds like the rear valves arent getting oil i used 5 w 30 is that to thin or did i mess the oil pump up when I put in the crank seal
