cam seals questions

ok, i have some topend service to do soon and i'll be attempting to change one or all of the cam seals at the same time. does anyone have any good advice on doing this? the rear one i know will be a pain, but the valve covers will be off so maybe that will help. anyway, any info will be greatly appreciated.

Do the cam seals when you do front end service, not the top end. The valve covers make no difference, everything is done from the front of the engine.
