Strong words for a guy who owns a Yamaha motor Last time I checked there's 3.8's in the 8's... SHO's haven't even broken 9's and that's with an almost 10 year headstart hahaha. Now that I think about it, To make that motor worth a damn, they had to slap on a 100shot and stuff it in the back of a Festiva. Anyhow, Santa Clarita isn't far from me. As a matter of fact, me and a few other GTP's are heading to the track this weekend if you'd like to see what that boring ol' pushrod 3.8 does against your Yamaha haha.

that car isnt that special. if it is an L32 which was first produced in 04, then at the most it starts with 260hp. you throw a super charger on our cars and it would **** all over your car, so its not impressive.

Alright lets chill out now and make this thread about my little situation I'm in a again.

My dad told me the dude was supposed to call us yesterday and tell us how far the build is on our tranny and he didnt. So we called him at about 4 or so and no answer. Then again at about 5. Later last night we emailed him. I don't think he is gonna wanna go thru the hassle of finding a SHO housing. So is it possible to mod up the regular AXOD-E housing enough for a SHO?

No, the SHO tranny is different from the regular one.

Edit: Yes, the cases are identical, but make damn sure he puts SHO internals inside. And make sure he uses the right valve body, too.

Can I have a picture of each valve body or someone to direct me to picture. Unfortunately How am I gonna know if he put the right internals in? This is why I wish I had the space to build it myself. I hate when other people do the work on my cars. >:[
