OK when im driving and I start to hit the brakes to slow down, my car feels like its pulsating or jumping. My steering wheel starts shaking, but the wierd thing is that i dont feel the pulsating on the break pedal. So im thinking its a rotor problem but when I go to check on them there fine, my brake pads are fine. I dont know what else to look at. I was just wondering if anyone here could tell me what might be some causes. Thanks

Welcome to the SHO Fourm. You are correct in thinking it is a rotor problem. They may "look fine," but they are warped and need to either be resurfaced or replaced. I have been pleased with the low cost Aimco rotors from AutoZone along with the Performance Friction Carbon Metallic pads. One of the key items to prevent farther rotor warping is the correct lug nut torque. The spec is 80-105 lb-ft. Most shops air wrench them to well beyond that leading to premature warping.
