Hey can anyone tell me if the bolt pattern on the hubs of a 91 sho and a 95 slow are the same? Reason I ask is because i have to (hopefully) switch the wheels from the 95 to the 91 for purposes of passing inspection. I pick up the 91 this weekend and will need to have it inspected in rather short order. The 91 tires still have about 50% of their tread left and I dont want those inspection a-holes telling me I need new tires (which i will get...on my time frame not theirs). Speaking of which...does anyone know of a "good" inspection station in maryland? PM me if you do...
Long post for a short question...will the wheels interchange temporarily?

I am not insane when i assume that putting 15 inch rims on a car with 16 rims will lower the car half an inch right? hmmm...wonder if this will cause inspection problems...unless, do the 16 inch sho rims get narrower tires?

It won't cause a problem as the 15" tires are taller than the 16", netting you with the same outside diameter.

i believe, that from the factory, both the 15s and 16s are equipped with the right size tire to provide the same outside diameter to save costs in having to manufacture/buy more speedo gears than needed.

the 16s came with 215/60s, the 15s with 205/65s, IIRC.
