Just finished my LED post, but I'm feeling a tad ambitious, so I'll start this thread now.
This thread is NOT for the ******** purists (no offence), and I received a lot of negative input when I did a similar thread on the w-body forum, but you guys seem pretty chill here, so here goes.
My '91 Lumina Euro is dead for now, and I recently convinced my uncle to sell me his SHO, so I am transferring all the skills I accumulated for upgrading my Lumina to my SHO.
First and foremost, I admit freely that the SHO is not a bad looking car for a 90's era vehicle, and thanks to the SHOSource guys, there are even some badass body upgrades available.
What I'm attempting here is to create concepts that one day may transform into styling options.
I have done a lot of homework on man-made composites - especially carbon fiber. My long-term goal is to replace the entire body on my SHO with carbon fiber parts. This is a large project, with multiple problems to solve, but it's totally possible.
In the mean time, I'm going to attempt to crank out concepts that can be tweaked, and eventually developed into body kits that will reduce weight and drag, allow for more styling and lighting options, and (possibly) make the car look more **** than it already does.
Here's my first effort. I didn't spend long on this one, but you get the idea.
Concept 1:

It's just a modified front and rear bumper, and a slightly lowered rocker panel, but it drastically changes the "stance", and gives it a slightly more muscle-car-ish look.
When I'm trying to come up with these concepts, I make every effort to stay true to the vehicle. In this case, I studied the progression of the SHO body from gen 1 onward, as well as other Ford muscle cars - especially the Mustang for this one.
