Blower stuck on

Has anyone ever had there blower stuck on-window vents. When EATC is off it s stuck. When I change temperature on EATC it alters vents and works fine.
92 sho newer hard button eatc also?!?

There is also a strange sound coming from passenger side glove box.

BCM blower control module, i think 3 screws hold it in the blower motor housing(passenger side under glove box), pull it out, that circuit board is most likely fried. famous in SHO's (among other cars), get a used one around here, ebay, or wreckers from some lincolns have the same.
