Well is there an air input/intake that I can clean to help the CFM of the blower through the vents? The 92s is quite a bit more powerful than the 93s and that is likely due to the REALLY dusty weather we have out here in west TX. bs

I had this problem too, and when I disassembled the blower housing and saw the amount of dust that had matted the upstream side of the evaporator, the cause was evident. Brushing and vacuuming the packed, solid dust from the fins allowed the fan to blow substantially stronger. The blower will never be the wind tunnel turbine like my wife's newer 2000 Maxima, but it gets the job done.

Scotty,
Thanks, I was hoping that you would see this post....

Okay, where/what exactly do I need to drop/dissassemble to get at this area? Is there an "intake" area that I should clean to help free up the amount of air getting to the blower motor? I might try to tackle this tomorrow on my day off.....

Sorry that I dodn't find this before the end of the weekend. You will have to drop the glove box and remove the protective panel below the blower assembly to get access to all of the fasteners, hoses and connectors you must remove to get the front panel of the blower housing off. There are many screws, some quite hidden, that secure the blower housing panel. Once off, you will see the passage to the evaporator at the far left (driver side). It is not a clean shot to the evaporator, but good enough that you can inspect and clean it.
