blend door actautor problem

I bought the new blend door but my wire conections are not the same. headbang Can any one help.

What is the part number of the part you received?

Was it still SEALED in the factory packaging on receipt?

The box was still sealed and we tried reordering but the second one was the same. The one I have has a wire loom coming out of it with a white plug. The one I got from the ford dealer did not have a wire loom coming out of it. It just had a plug on the side of it. headbang
The part number they gave me is FODZ-19E616-A.
is that the right part number for my car. Can any one help please.

That is the correct part number for a '90. shrug

Hmmmmm...

The last one I replaced looked different from the original, but it did mount up and the connection was the same.

Sorry, I don't have the exact answer for you. Maybe it's time to head over to U-Wrench-It and pull a couple of dashes apart and see what's there.
