I have a bent slicer. Nothing terrable, but it is a definate flat spot on the inner lip, left directional, about three or four inches long. It is just the outter lip.
It looks like it is straitenable but I'm exercising caution here.
Does anyone have experience with straitening slicers?
Are they safe to do?
I have a shattered svt wheel where the wheel failed from a *** hole. It is a larger area then this but the wheels seem fragile.
Is it best to use a hammer or press? Should it be done heated or cold?
Anybody with feedback o n this?

A used slicer will probably run around $50. Most wheel straightening places I'm aware of are going to charge at least $150.
