I bought a gforce last year, unfortuantly I needed it in august, so its a 2005, but it wasn't unreasonable thru Summit. i forget the total, but I also had a gift cert.

I have to talk to Andy, figured I'd call him this weekend and try to get an idea of good dates. Any dates already bad for Adam?

He says the sooner the better because the "tractor show" season is coming up and he wants to keep those weekends free for those. I can't think of any "bad weekends" off hand.

You "should" still be good. After that, look at a Gforce open-face SA2010. $150.

The registration form/tech sheet says 2000 helmets are still good.

I think it totally depends who your driving with. MVP states at least twice in every e-mail it has to be snell sa2005 or newer.

Could be, but I've never seen a track with that requirement that we have run on over the last 15 years.

So I see signing up for the SHO convention a snell 2005 is required. What's some good deals on helmet? I saw some for ~$120 on Amazon but I don't know about them.

I got my G-Force thru Summit. I think they're like 150

I will be at the Laps, INc event at AutoBahn on Monday May 23rd. So I won't be running that weekend, but may stop by if weather is good, need a motorcycle trip.

FYI to anyone coming that never met any of us SHO people, I'll be lapping in the Subaru Legacy wagon. I gave up trying to figure out SHO stalling problems with no codes. I gave it to a shop and it has mystery ignition short/ no spark issue that's not going to get fixed today. Did fuel pump, fuel filter, crank sensor, all were old, checked other stuff, all was a waste of time. Just kinda bummed not to run a Ford at as Ford event.
