I would assume so by the tred that is on a set that I have....but it looks like last time I got my tires rotated one or two of the tires were put on the wrong way. Should I go yell at the shop and tell them to fix it? (I have lifetime rotate and balance)

Yes, some are unidirectional. There's usually an indicator on the sidewall that indicates the proper rotation (sometimes just an arrow). Definitely take it back to them if it's on the wrong way though! thumbs_u

Some tires are directional. Slicer rims are directional also, not that it matters with the rims really. With the rims it is most likely cosmetic, although brake venting may be affected by them being on the wrong side
