Anyone Up for doing a SHO dyno day?

I need to get my car dyno'd, like need as in need cause someone else needs a baseline and I offered to do my car.

Was wondering if anyone else in the general NY/MA/CT/RI/VT area would want to get together and maybe see about doing a dyno day in the next 2 weeks?

I figured the NESHOC would be the place to post this even though I'm not a NESHOC member.

FWIW, not that you planned on having this there, but New England Dyno was sold as of March 1st.

Kirk has not yet met the new owner, so we don't know what kind of rates they will be offering for Dyno Days. He was hoping to schedule an official NESHOC day in May, but our current camfest schedule has been pretty busy so he hasn't had the chance to speak with them about it yet.

This probably would be outside Bruce's timeframe anyway, so anyone looking to do something sooner might want to get with him on this and try to set something up independently of NESHOC.

It kinda did. I went and got the V dynoed. But noone else showed up, it was pretty much understood that it was a dead event.

well while not being a NESHOC sactioned event I'd like to see if we can get a few ppl over there NE Dyno. Anyone wanting to dyno thier car and wuld like to do a mini dyno day let me know. I emailed them tonight about setting somethign up. Regardless I have to go over there either with a bunch of ppl or by myself, just rather hang out with a few SHO owners while playing with my car.

There was definitely one last year, and there were several people there. I didn't go, but everyone who was there came out to the shop afterwards (including one customer whose cams we welded after he'd been on the dyno).

The problem with putting these things together is the list of people who say they will be there, and the actual people who show up, are usually very different...
