Anyone in the Cincinatti area

I'm a MN sho owner but I found one in Cincinatti that I wanna buy. Problem is that it does not drive and need a way to get it to MN. Anyone have any Ideas. Thanks

I am in Dayton....I know there are at least a few people from Cinci that always post...one guy that travels between cinci and columbus a lot...

If it doesnt drive, I would say either tow it or get it towed...

Where might this gem be???? and does it have a 3.2 that is good for a 3.2 swap??? :evil_gri:

Well it's not exactly a gem. Guy says it's in Downtown Cinci. Sounds like it needs a clutch, and a few other things. Only reason I'm intersted is that it's on ebay and is looking to sell for less than $100.

He never called me back. He did email me this morning though. I do not think I will be able to go down tonight. I will post if I can. I also think I am going to call him since he did mail me his number. Again, I will post results.

I spoke with the owner last night. To say the least, he has no idea what type of maintence should be done. He has "heard" that the motor in his car is "special". I rule out all possibility of a 60k or 120k service. Says he thinks it is the clutch because he heard it? I think that sounds like transmission. No A/C and the interior lights do not work. The list went on and on. I do intend to look at it next Monday though. I will post what I find. I thought that it may be something that I would be interested in, but after talking to him. It sounds like he dogged it pretty badly.

I go to UD and live on the UD campus. For the summer I am still living on campus working in Yellow Springs. Also, my g/f lives in Kettering...so I know the whole area fairly well.

You in the area?? and possibly have a red Gen I?

I'm living up in East Lansing, MI. My parents still have the house from when we lived there(my father was stationed at WPAFB). The house is in the Enon area. I haven't been down there since winter and I was almost going there for the Fourth, but changed my mind.

But whatever happened with this car for sale? Maybe if need be you can temporarily stash it there?

The car is still for sale on ebay...but the way SHO#7 was explaining it, it has a lot of problems...

I got a friend who lives here in dayton that has a Gen 3 SHO...but I dont even think Ill bother if its that bad...dont have enough time/$$ to clean it up anytime soon.

If you ever come down to dayton, let me know and we could meet up for lunch or something.
