Anyone ever get a Code P2197?

I just got a P2197 code with my 2013 Sho pp. I looked it up and it refers to a O2 sensor on Bank 2. But all my O2 sensors are new from Ford with less than 700 miles on them. I guess one could have gone bad. But did a little research and it also could be a vacuum leak. Anyone ever get a code p2197 and what was it caused by? Thanks for looking

Do you have a scan tool with data stream mode to monitor the performance of the oxygen sensors in real time?

I don’t. But I replaced the bank 2 upstream o2 sensor and it’s back to normal

Do those barely used Motorcraft O2 sensors have a warranty on them? Did the B2S2 sensor look like one that only had 700 miles on it? Were there any signs of contamination on the probe?

Yes they do if you get them from rock auto. Look the same just black on the probe
