Alignment after SFB?

I know I need an alignment, but is a simple 4-wheel sufficient? Or do I also need to have the SF realigned too? What would cause the very inner tread on both front tires to wear fast? Toe or camber? (I also replaced my tied rod ends recently).

4 wheel alignment should be all you need. Never heard of anyone having to align the subframe. Both toe and camber can cause inner edge wear. Since you did the OTE's I'd bet on toe.

If you ever drop the subframe, the subframe will need to be re-aligned.

There is cutouts in subframe so you can stick a tool in there to guide it back into place.

The subframe on my car had to be moved a little off-center to get the camber of both fronts in spec. It is simple to do during and alignment and only requires that they subframe bolts be loosened and a pry bar inserted into the 5/8" diameter alignment holes provided in the subframe's corners; probably for this purpose.
