I want to do this in my car to. I have a 1993 mod, and dont know what cables and ect. I need for upgrade. Can you send me links to every thing you need to do this? Thanks

Likely this is head unit->equalizer->trunk mounted amps->new speaker wires->new speakers. Meaning none of the stock wiring is used.

There are adapters for the stock head unit wiring, but if you are putting in a full system (instead of just a head unit running non-JBL stock speakers), you just need to tap always-on 12V, key-on power, and antenna wire.

Im using the stock system. But want a new head unit. Is it only the adapter cable you need
