Aftermarket pulleys,harmonic balancer kits

That pulley is the old SHOshop UDP. I had one on my car until Brian(Area 91) advised me at the convention that they were known to fail. I now have a solid aluminum UDP on my car.

I thought it was the ASP pulleys that separated?

Not unless they made a few different sets. Mine was an all solid set. My alternator pulley is steel, the others are aluminum. That being said, I know there was also an ASP set that was only a 3 pulley set, with no power steering pump pulley.

Mine was one of the first of those sets, as I had the fun of figuring out how to hold a solid pulley that size when tightening it. Someone sized the pulleys, but I don't think anyone had installed a set yet. I had to drill holes in it to be able to jam a wrench or something in there to hold it. The newer one's I see now, all have some material out of the center now, I assume for this reason?

I was referencing the 2-piece ASP crank pulleys. I remember reading about them separating. I didn't know they made accessory pulleys as well.

Oh yea, I have a UD pulley for everything except my A/C compressor. IIRC, I ordered them from CincySHO back when I got em. But yea, came in a 4 peice set.

I think the 2 peice thing came along later... not too sure... I've never had an auto, so I haven't ever shopped for one.
