I finally found what is giving me the mysterious dash bounce at 75-80 mph. It seems that my inner tie rod ends need to be replaced. Ok now for the question, Is $180 a bad price to have my inner and outer tie rod ends replace?

Well, the parts will cost around $70. Tie rods are not the hard to put on and I myself would not pay anyone to put them on, but if you have a rusty car getting the outer tie rod end out can be a PITA and paying someone might be worth your while.

Considering an entire steering rack including the tie rods costs $75, that does sound a bit high. A side note: tie rods will not create a vibration, but they will allow the vibration's amplitude to be greater. The vibration is caused by imbalanced tires most likely.

I must agree with spatt. Currently my inner tie rods are very worn out (and due to be replaced this weekend). There is almost 1/2" of play on the drivers side alone, but I don't have any vibration problems well into speeds that would get me thrown in jail. I did have a very bad vibration problem recently that was caused by very worn rear tires (they were through 2 layers of cords on the inside edge but looked fine on the outside). Put new tires and corrected the problem in the rear suspension and ****! vibration is gone.
