A few, for now, minor problems with my 94, 90,000 original miles

Hey guys, this is my first post in a long time. I bought a 94 SHO from a old man, it had 73,000 original miles last year, IMMACULATE AND CLEAN, very well taken care of and now I bumped it up to 90K. The engine still runs great, but I noticed that recently, it sometimes stumbles a little but when cruising down the road in OD. Also, I noticed that when I put her to work, and push her to the limit, that it runs great but afterwards, the check engine light will kick on and off for a few minutes.

Lastly, Ive noticed that the last few weeks, it seems the transmission is a little sluggish meaning it shifts fine but at times, has a slight hard shift and just seems to take a millisecond longer to switch into gears. You guys have any ideas?

Pull the codes from the pcm to know for certain what the pcm is complaining about.

There is a good chance that the 02 sensors need replaced - the typical initial symptoms of them going bad are similar to what you have described.

The shifting issues are typical of a trans that needs some service. Search for the multitude of threads that provide more details there.
