It does, if its a Northwest car, it should be reasonably rust free as well. Stereo is missing.

Looks pretty good. The cloth seat material wears like iron, and the driver's bolster looks typical-pretty good for 147k. Steering wheel also looks good. Looks like original cloudy headlight housings. Which can be a good thing, indicating no recent crash repairs.
