I know this doesnt answer your question, but Shawn P. has one his Gen 2 w/ the EEC Tuner. Are the Gen 3 electronics the same as the Lightning it would come off?

Newer Mustangs use the same MAF that we got on the GenIII. So why couldn't an aftermarket MAF that fits a Stang fit a GenIII?

Mike Holhut & Kirk tried a couple if I remember correctly, and they didn't see much improvement, if any. I'm sure he's lurkin on here and can shed some light on this.

Tried the C&L on my car... or was it Kirk's? IIRC, it didn't bode well in either case. Now I remember! Tried it on the LS too and it barfed it back up.

This is one case where size doesn't matter wink It's how well the air is metered. The stock 80mm does this job adequately enough and flows more air than the car could use anyways. The key is not how much air the car gets, just what it does with it.
