Another great year! Thanks James, Dave, and others who helped put this together. Lots of food, even more alchohol, and fun as always!

Many, many thanks to Dave and James for hosting a great BBQ. It was fun seeing a bunch of folks we only see at conventions once a year and meeting some new folks as well. What a testament to the SHO community that folks from all over the country will gather together just to eat, drink and be merry together. Makes me proud to be a SHO owner for over 22 years. That's funny in it self - we've owned a SHO longer than some of the SHO family have been alive.

The only disappointing thing about the event was the whipping that the Cards put on the Rangers last night while I was in the midst of the enemy camp. Oh well, tonight is a new game.

Looking forward now to MinneSHOta.

Went upstairs to use the bathroom for the first time all weekend, it smells like a holding cell up there...

@Mike, for the rate you paid to stay, that snoring shoulda been music to your ears...

@Clay and Tim, think one of you guys is missing a set of keys, found some on the floor here and they're not Mikes.

@the MASS-holes, just seeing you guys be you guys made the trip worth it. Archer, do you know if they found those rounds in Jeremy's bag before he went to the airport?

@STL people, you put a bunch a guys up, you put up with a bunch a stupidity, fed everyone and fixed that car after getting it towed in. You're both set a high bar for how people should be.

@MNSHO, good seeing you guys again, hopefully my travelling can slow down a bit and I can swing up and visit a little more often.

@Sach, your car got pulled on by a V6 rent-a-stang. lolz...

@Steve, thanks for making all that Apple Pie.

@Everyone else, it was good meeting all of you guys, hope to see you all again at the next big meet up.

I wondered why Archer was showing me hollow points with 'JRA' written on them.

STL guys - You are the best bunch of guys I'e had the pleasure of knowing. I'm fortunate to have gotten to know ya'll. I wasnt able to put a donation in the headlight this weekend as I've been short on cash (sold my PS3 just to make it) but I will be giving a donation when I come up for the tranny swap.

Mass ladies - It was a pleasure to finally put faces to names. It was the minute Clay drove up with a ***** on his hood and Chris ran out, grabbed it and began shoving it around people's faces when I knew it was gonna be one of those weekends

Sach - ****_yea.jpg. Nuff said

Freddie - Where did you learn to dance like Janet? Teach me how to dougie at the convention!

Mike BPD1211199391 - Car looked even better in person. Next time, don't try to drive away while theres a cop staring right at ya :nut:

It was a joke.....they didn't do that. Both my suitcase and computer bag went straight to the hotel and never left until I did; the MASS-holes weren't even staying in my hotel with the MNSHOC guys and Jeremiah, Matt, or Joe wouldn't have done that to me.

I did score a nice Action Figure Therapy sticker though.

Things I learned from this weekend:

Life can get in the way for a few years - but the second you see some of these people - everything just continues where it left off.

I can get to my apartment in MN to STL SHO on one tank of gas.

There is a St. Louis Taxi cab driver with a new 9 inch toy.

St. Louis cops are the shit.

Dave is the man.

I need to make more SHO events...

They're not mine as near as I can tell, Thanks for putting us up for the weekend. I don't know what mike was talking about, I slept like a baby :sun:

Oh hai dere.

(born in 1990 :p)

@ everyone: It was good to meet and see some of you again, although it's been a few years since I've been able to make it to an event. The BBQ is most definitely going to be on my calender from now on. Big thanks to Dave for putting up with all of us for the weekend.

Just got home a few minutes ago.

According to the GPS it was 2158 miles return (including some driving around town on Saturday). Used about 48 gallons of diesel so that works out to be about 45 mpg. Had an interesting time at the border. Long story I'll tell another time. Let's just say we got phuct.

Thanks to Dave and James and everbody that drove me and Marcel back and forth to the hotel. Now off to bed for a few hours sleep before work.
