I will try describe the car in detail in 5 sections: Problems, engine/trans, suspension/exhaust, interior and exterior. The car has NO: mysterious wiring, limo tint windows, badly installed sound systems, messed up dash area, idiotic wheel/ tire combinations, dopey ride heights, goofy paint or hideous ground effects body work. It is STOCK - PERIOD with just over 56,000 miles.
Problems: Hard for me to pin point with an OTC Nemysis on the EEC - IV system! After 20+/- min. of GREAT running the idle and load throttling deteriorates to a dead miss in 1 or 2 cyls. Power tests point to #1 (rt. rear and we think center rear bank - standing in front of car) cylinder. Bad injectors?? No CEL!!! Left rear caliper heating more than others in long traffic drives. Good calipers, pads - could be that aluminium metering block/valve assy. at rear axle "check valving"?? Slight play in right half shaft at trans, slight soft klunk on accelleration. Trans has clear ruby red fluid after thousands of miles and shifts great. Bearing/final drive??
Engine/trans: Runs like a scaulded dog at first - no noises and revs great! I installed: all new EGR system parts and cleaned the thin pipes, all new engine sensors, ALL NEW IGNITION SYSTEM TWICE (plugs to DIS), new valve cover gaskets/plug well seals with hi temp silicon on those seals - BONE DRY, new timing belt (premium Gates), new water pump (OEM Japanese), new crank and cam position sensors (Standard) - and the crank bolt loosened right off (go figure, good crank keyways). Clean, (recall brake
cruise control switch installed with adaptor pig tail), stock correct engine bay! Trans regularly maitenanced with fluid changes and pan NOT all dinged up.
Suspension exhaust: original brake rotors , never taken off car (has those pain in the butt serrated wasers in the rear wheel studs. New Catco stainless cat Y-pipe (I didn't like the quality of the small collector fabrication, so I ported and polished that area for max. flow. Original cat back system with good hangers. ALL suspension bushings siliconed annually since new - all original. Small areas on floor pans spotted with cast blast due to slight rust. Very deicent underside. Original every thing but front Moog steel greasable sway links and rear urathane 7/16" bolt sway links. All good wheel bearings. Original half shafts. Try soaking boots with silicone, mine have lasted this
long!
Interior: VERY CLEAN AND DEAD STOCK. Tiny tears in the head liner at visors and center from age. Great seats and carpet. I made a 1/2" thick pure natural gum rubber (color match) mat over stock mat on drivers side. Last for ever and not in stores. EVERYTHING works in there. Everything!
Exterior: Original down to head light bulbs. Paint has usual scratches and minor dings from 18 years of caring use. NO ACCIDENTS EVER. Right door and rear weel lip dings from powering out of the snowbank driveway an banging a hard right. All original paint without that clear coat peeling going on. All original trim. Tires are 1 1/2 years old - top line top speed rated Michlins. LED stop lite and all bulbs work. Good stock slicer wheels, rights on right and lefts on left. Great glass.
The car comes with a clear N.Y. State title and COMPLETE from new service records, factory docs., ads and my mileage log of things done to the car over the years. Only sane adult driven! Spring is comming and I would like more room in the driveway as well as being very short on time to work on the SHO.
Thank you for your time, Jeff Marcus

We will start at about $2800. Now, please keep in mind that the car comes with a trunk full of spare parts most all great used and new (sensors, ignition, flex pipe/******, alternator etc). And a mint manual passenger seat (the leather skins seem to be interchangeable left and right).
Thank you, Jeff
