I have a million questions but to start this car was sitting for 20 years I removed probably 50+ pounds of critter litter , everything currently out of the car , dash is back in for now. But iv noticed a CEL and I was wondering the correct way to get the code out of the car. Also the horn won’t stop honking when the battery is hooked up, bought some books of eBay but any support in the mean time would be appreciated. Any tools or jumper wires and codes needed would be great.
