The Explorer based Police Interceptor debuted today too. They start production in Chicago in late 2011 and hit the streets in 2012. I guess they extended production of P71's at St. Thomas Assembly one more year, so that there is no gap between it and the new PIs. The Panther won't go down without a fight! LOL
