    Metal On ATX Pan Magnet

    Any ideas on where this piece came from in the trans? Found it in the pan on the magnet when doing a fluid change. It looks like part of a washer, but it's not flat, it has curvature like a washer that goes under a spider gear from a rear wheel drive diff.

    Intake manifold gunk

    I have a 1993 ATX with roughly 186,000 Mi on it. I had to take the intake manifold off in order to get the fuel injector pressure dampener changed and the thermostat changed. When I took it off I noticed a lot of gunk in the intake as well as above the valves I took pictures. what is it?
