    So update driven the car 1200 miles now so far so good my first oil change after 400 miles and we turned it up just a little bit added 3 pounds still very mild tune waiting on Brad for My max effort 93 tune, and then going E 30 it ran a faster pass on wet road than it ever did on its tune only...

    It’s on a base tune now 14 psi 93 , will end up on e 30 later just kinda shaking it down still, working with brad. I’ll try to get a actual fly by so you can hear the exhaust better , but it’s just Ppe catless to straight pipe to stock resonator and mufflers

    Oh man I didnt think about that, when I was reading through Jordan’s he said that you just needed the gear and balancer and all the 13 components will work, I didn’t buy the same crank he did though, I bought the 2016 + sho crank and correct gear. The teeth look the same width I can measure them...

    No, I think they just didn’t expect the crank to be that out of balance, they were questioning if it was externally balanced flywheel side. I haven’t heard back from them, so hopefully that’s a good sign

    Sweet thanks for the reply, does gh offer their tc anymore? Didn’t see it on their site last I checked, I’ll look into it. And 10/4 on the oil screens I’ll be throwing them out. Ortiz tune will not be used Brad is in the works to tune it once it’s all back together, I’m fine with being patient...

    I’m gonna give both my balancers a measure, I can’t imagine they’re too much different, I assume the 16+ balancers are shorter because the timing gear has a raised area on the front, it appears from the pictures. I can always machine the gear and or balancer to length to keep proper balancer...

    Interesting, is that the only reason for the updated pulley? It appears the height from the balancer pulley and end of the journal on the old style are longer, will this affect bolting it up and using it with no modification?

    So the 13 balancer will work with the 16 + crank ? As long as I get the right bolt because the threads are deeper in the snout of the crank ? I bought a junk yard take off balancer off eBay that’s the same part number as the one listed on your build thread, just in case but I was genuinely curious
