    Turbo inlet pipe?

    You can modify the air filter box and get a 3 degree drop in air inlet temps. There's a YouTube video posted on how to do it. I don't know of any aftermarket inlet system that have a proven drop in air inlet temps. I like the Gearhead tune, it allows the use of just about any grade of fuel...

    Let's talk oil coolers...

    Having worked in a shop assembling A/N fittings, I have extensive experience using Aeroquipt, XRP and others. I tried **** on the fittings, just snugging them up with a quarter turn. Nothing seemed to work. Do a Google search on 'leaking Fragola fittings' will show that I'm not the only one.

    If you go the route of remote filters and coolers, avoid Fragola fittings and lines as sold at Summit. These are the leakiest fittings I have ever used.

    According to the shop manual, the three cat converter to turbo nuts torque is 40NM or 30FT/lbs, tightened in two stages.

    Customize spare tire well

    I have an 18" cop spare, don't recall the size of the spare tire right now but it's about a 1/4" shorter than the 245/40/20 road wheels and it's too tight to fit in the spare tire well.

    I finally got it to connect. I didn't have my glasses on and didn't see the connect icon. Is there a speedometer correction in Forscan? My speedometer reads about 3 mph fast at 50mph.

    FORscan problem

    There was no error message, just a 'no connection' message at the bottom of the screen. The HP laptop has two USB ports and I tried switching the adapter to the other USD and still wouldn't connect. Forscan worked great on both my vehicles two weeks ago, and now it doesn't.

I want to install new studs and nuts when I start on this install, and my local Ford parts dept says there are some bolts that also have to be removed. The only thing that I have seen is the three studs in the turbo ****** that connects...

    FORscan problem

    About a month ago, I used FORscan to make some changes to my As built and everything worked perfectly. Tried to connect today and couldn't get the program to connect. My license is good until 1-30-2026. The adapter is from Amazon and is a "OBDLink EX". Anyone have any ideas on this?

    Is there a gasket between the turbo exhaust and the catalytic converter? If so, does anyone have a part number? And do both the turbos use the same part number?
