Check Engine
I have a similar problem with a 93 SHO that Im looking at. It'll blink the CE light and die on me. It does it once in a while but the codes are fine on it. Would a sensor make the computer kill the engine like that?- Firefighter232

Fault Codes.
Im new to the SHO scene. I notice your up over 250k miles. WOW!!! is that the origional engine? I was hesitant about buying a 93 MTX with 163 on it. I guess they really are tough street sedans- Firefighter232

New SHO owner, what should I look for at 170k?
Im looking at a 93 SHO with 163k on it and I want to know the same things that you do. This guy is having a computer problem with the check engine light and then it cuts off. it only does it once or twice every 2-3 months. other than that my mechanic says it needs to be tuned up EVERY 30k miles...- Firefighter232

Serious computer glitch
Im looking at a 93 SHO and the guy selling it cant seem to solve a computer problem. When driving under normal conditions the car will display the CHECK ENGINE light and cut off. We put it on a diagnostic machine and the codes came up fine. Does anyone know why it did this? What is it and how do...- Firefighter232
