Mechanic throwing in the towel...
shoot dude i am fighting the exact thing with a 92 if u can start it it surges and mine will start going fine then surge again and if it dosen't start it will flood lord will it floood i tried every thing but cats and cps those are next if you figure it out please email me at [email protected]- possumhopper

92 about to be set on ffire
i have a 92 with manual and it's kicking my ass now it doesn't start and when i pump gas it stops cranking, but it was running once not so long ago. when running at idle it would start surging really bad check engine light would come on then it would stop and purr like a kitten.
