MTX-IV rebuild kit chose problem
I have a 4th gen 1995 sho tuarus 3.0 mtx transmission and shortly before it grenaded I noticed the revers would grind until the trany slowed down.i did some studying and found out this is couse by a ring under the locking gear that slows the gears down slow enough to engage the next gear.
