OBD Code reader help
As you probably know, the On Demand 511 points to an LPM. That should have been followed by a 10 indicating the end of the OD codes and the start of the stored codes. You have 3 digit codes so the other one can't be a 2 digit EGR. A mystery why there are pauses between the numbers and there is... -

The CCRM is a black box bolted to the top of the radiator support underneath the information plate, driver's side with a couple of 11mm nuts. Whether you got a whine when you did the inertia switch test wasn't the point. Whether you got voltage or not when you turned the ignition on indicates... -

When the pump doesn't run, it's usually the CCRM or pump itself, or the wiring associated with them. Unbolt the inertia switch and jumper the connector coming from the CCRM. Attach a voltmeter to the jumper and ground. Turn the ignition on. If you don't get voltage, bad CCRM. If you do, bad fuel... -

You said in a previous post: Compression test shows 190 after 5 cranks, 220 after 11 cranks. So how many cranks when you got 180??? You must have screwed something up when you did the valve stem seals, but don't have any pointers.- BaySHO Performance

You would have to remove the cylinder head and take the valves out. https://wiki.wikisho.com/wiki/Valve_Spring_Compressor Check for pitting on the mating surfaces. You could start off by hand grinding them in to see if you can get rid of all the pitting...- BaySHO Performance

Fuel pressure is good. Should be around 38 lb. Compression is way low. Spec is 210lb. with the lowest no less than 180. Did you check all cylinders? Potential reasons: blown head gasket, valve blow by (need re-seating), worn piston rings, scored cylinder walls.- BaySHO Performance

Gas may have gone bad after 6+ months, especially if you didn't have Stabil fuel stabiliser in it. You might try some fresh gas.- BaySHO Performance

A trickle charge for 6 months is an awfully long time. If you don't have cables to jump start the car using another battery, remove the battery and take it to a parts store to have it load tested.- BaySHO Performance

Drive Belt Replacement Help - Gen 1 MTX
You will need longer belts. I purchased these for a client in 2019. Can't for the life of me figure out where I got them from. It may have been SHO Source. They have 6 rib UDP belts, but not 4 rib. Such a complete blank on a search for them that I am not sure now that the PNs are correct. No... -
Drive Belt Replacement Help - Gen 1 MTX

Rod bearings look fine. They would need replacing only if copper is showing through. Camshaft wear OK. That tensioner doesn't look too bad, either. Would need replacing once the rivets are touching the edges of the guide.- BaySHO Performance

I assume that you have screwed a nut over the two bare wires such that they make contact. You might want to check their continuity to make sure in case they are corroded. After all, you have the code 219.- BaySHO Performance

That jives with the passenger side SPOUT plug being missing. I always pull them for a smog test as it reduces NOx by a large margin, but the engine bogs down at anything over 3K. Until you can find a a SPOUT plug, you could make a jumper by taking a short length of stiff baling wire, flatten...- BaySHO Performance
