Changed Cam sensor but still getting code 214
Thanks for all the help, guys. The light is off now. :) My DIS module only had 3 of the 4 screws holding it in so I took it off, applied more di-electric grease, and swapped one of the screws that was missing with one on the other side since I couldn't find a screw that size. I also...- SHO Nuff

Changed Cam sensor but still getting code 214
Guys, I was getting a Code 214 with hard starting and a hesitation. The CEL would also come on for 10 - 15 seconds after accelerating then go off. I changed the Cam sensor (with a Ford one) and the hard starting and hesitation went away but I still get a Code 214 and CEL for a few seconds. I...- SHO Nuff

Changed the cam sensor and so far, so good. :) No CEL! My transmission is hitting hard going into second gear. Sometimes. From what I hear it's a broken accumulator spring. Along with a motor mount. Guys, I'm having a weird problem I hope someone can help me with. I'm getting a CEL, sometimes when the engine is warm and sometimes cold. Soft brake pedal problems (94 3.2L)
The reservoir is full and the entire area is dry except for that sensor-looking thing and its' connector/harness. It's pretty wierd. Of course the 3.2L master cylinder is different than other cars so the price for a master cylinder is $425. :mad: I got this price from 2 different dealers...- SHO Nuff

it cant be good...
You're definitely going to have to jack up the driver-side rear and have someone move the wheel around as you watch from the inside. Let us know what you find. Good luck. Lou.- SHO Nuff
