Found this under car....
The seal was from the empty female connector that resides on a wire that is located near the ECT sensor. The one that isn't plugged in, and just to make sure this is clear, I was looking for something that suddenly became unplugged and caused the car to misbehave. Thanks for the input.- timshosvt

If there is this type of seal on any connector, it means it's unhooked. Does the CID have one?- timshosvt

Found this under car....
My 92 has been towed 3 times over the past 3 years for CE light, rough running and no start conditions. The last spring it was towed for no start, the mechanic said he couldn't find anything other than non-descript codes and couldn't reproduce a no start condition or CE light.
