Yes, it's the size of a phone jack. I haven't had a system in a car since the 90's so i have no idea what the industry does now.

I was afraid of that. Amp hookup to battery and through firewall looks factory/professional though.

Audio help!!

I was cleaning out my trunk and noticed some loose cables. Obviously amp wires and speaker wires. I do not have any rear deck speakers, sub, or amp in my 2016. Could it be aftermarket? Pics included. I did notice an amp wire hooked up to battery as well.

PTU Build Thread

When I learned that the PP had a cooled PTU, I was expecting cooling passages much like a block and heads have. Not a reservoir that fills up and just cycles the coolant through bolted to the side. Looking at the drawing, it seems an easy conversion. PP PTU, coolant lines and top off coolant...

I know this may be a dead thread. But out of curiosity, 2 years later, how has the upgrade gone? Also, from looking at Fords drawings. isn't the cooled PTU piped through the radiator?

Newbie SHO owner
