AC Temp Control Unit cutting out?

Would anyone have any idea why the display on my 94's AC Temp control unit would cut out. When it goes out the AC also cuts out. It will do this while driving and then mysteriously come back on. Any ideas or sugestions would be appreciated.

What temp does the fan kick in?

At what temp should the fan kick in? My seems to start up right after starting even with the AC off.

Foglight replacement bulbs.

Anyone know where to get replacement bulbs for the factory foglights from. Mine are rutes at the plug.
