Location of Heater blower resistor
No one told me that it had a resistor. I just assumed it did based on the 50-60 cars I worked on that had the same problem that needed a resistor. AutoXSHO- What exactly did you do to FIX the controller? I would really prefer to fix mine rather than replace it.- tbalderm

Thanks. I guess that was what I was looking for since I don't have a manual yet. Is it expensive? And does the dash have to come out or just the glove box? I also need to replace my interior temp sensor, it stays way too hot inside unless I put the setting on 60 for full cool.- tbalderm

Location of Heater blower resistor
Can anyone tell me where the blower motor resistor is located? My fan is staying on high no matter what I do. Unfortunately, I don't have a service manual YET, but want to get this fixed.- tbalderm

Ford Repair Records?
About the only thing you could get from Ford (if you find a dealer willing to go onto the computer and do it for you) is the WARRANTY repair history. ACT sensor problem.
You shouldn't have a problem on a long trip. I don't have the chart with me, but there is a resistance reading based on a specific temperature. If you have a manual, look in there for a chart of resistance vs. temperature. It does not matter which temp sensor (ACT, ECT, etc), they are all the...- tbalderm

New (to me) SHO Clutch,ECC Questions
I just bought a 95 MTX on Saturday. The car has 94k miles on it. My questions: 1) my clutch sees to engage very low in the pedal travel (about 2 inches from the floor), is that an indicator of a worn clutch?
