    Quick intake cleaning question

    Does anyone know what kind of paint they use on the intake i have some that wore off. Right on the lettering. Looks like crap.

    checked that out and everything seems to be fine inside the car. It is a 1990. with cable linkage. How hard is it to check where the cables link to the tranny. Here is what it is doing. 1st is 3rd. I dont know what 2nd is. 3rd is 3rd and 4th is 4th. Sometimes I can get it into reverse...

    Got in my SHO today and pulled out in first but, i think it was third. Also the shifter is real loose. Just wondering if it is the linkage, and if it is I heard that they used to make a replacement rod linkage like in the newer ones. Any ideas on how much this will cost me to get fixed?
