Why do you not want a real tune? A real tune is worth the improved shifting alone and the extra power is a bonus. When you get a tune, you can let your tuner know how aggressive you want to be if you’re worried about longevity.

@Joe_Cool: Can't answer that question, but running to the fuse box under the dash was stupid easy and you don't have to cut anything and you cannot even tell a wire was ran.
You don't have to send you ECU out to be tuned as you'll buy a handheld and do it all yourself. You have plenty of options of tuners to choose from: GearHead, Ortiz, AJPTurbo, Livernois, Unleashed, 5 Star, etc are the few that come to mind.

I have a Garmin Dash Cam 55 (they have newer ones out now) with the parking mode cable. Ran it exactly as @SeanDSHO said above and it's been flawless. I positioned mine behind the review mirror so that I do not see it while driving.

Yup, they don't make them anymore. However, I have had an urge to buy one for the longest time and I have no idea why. Nothing remotely cool about them other than being efficient, but I just have a desire to own one just because! lol
