    Anybody need aluminum SFB's?

The first batch of natural aluminum ones have been shipped, the anodized ones are at the anodizer and should be done by the end of the week. I'm filling orders based on the checks received, and will email anyone who had contacted me requesting a set, as well. If you had sent me a request, but...

    Anybody need aluminum SFB's?

Of course they'll be red (like my car)! We finally found a source that can do hard anodizing in colors - we make AN fitting wrenches and had been doing them all in black. Now they're "color coded" in bright hard anodized finish. My stock (95) bushings were absolutely trashed, and they...

    Anybody need aluminum SFB's?

First a "Thanks for the patience" and a PUBLIC APOLOGY for taking so damn long to get the SFB's done. Excuses don't cut it, so I'll just say that I underestimated what would be involved in the actual process, and in fitting the production into our schedule. However.... The first shipment of...

    Anybody need aluminum SFB's?

Yes it is. We're (finally) close to having the first batch done - apologies to everyone who is waiting. I have learned my lesson about projecting an expected completion date for a new project! JB

    Aluminum SFB question

SFB's are "in process" trying to fit them in between the "real" work! I've received a batch of checks and orders, but we will still have some available from the first batch. (and since we will have made up the fixtures and done the CNC programming, more shouldn't be a problem!) JB

    Single cable system?

I know I'm mechanically challenged, but how do you get the spring clip out to separate the cable halves? My cable ticks, and I was going to **** it while installing a new throttle cable last Sunday..... I couldn't figure out how to release the clip (without destroying it like I do the...

    Rotor Question

I was going to just guess and say "heavy" judging by the box, but I took one and weighed it on the digital scale: 17.5# each I got the crossdrilled ones and they are in a neat spiral pattern, and nicely chamfered. Can't wait to get 'em on - the car could definitely use a little more stopping...

    SHO SHOP SUCKS!!!

Juat an update.... I talked to Vadim a week ago; he never really apologized, just followed up with the tracking number on my y-pipe which did arrive last Saturday. The Cat-back system which was "in stock" when I ordered it, has not shipped - now Edelbrock is out of the mufflers... His...

Thanks everyone for the sympathy and input. Beth from Casco - Had to look on my MS Streets and Trips CD you're just south of Muttonville! (I live in Saginaw, and just wondered where Casco was!) Happy New Year!

    cross-drilled rotors & pads

Here's the url to CyberAuto's page on SHO stuff - note the KVR drilled or slotted rotors and carbon fiber brake pads.... I ordered a pair of the '96 rotors with pads to try the upgrade on my '95.

    Need a throttle cable....

My throttle cable is down to about three strands, and my friendly local dealer says that the F4DZ9A758A cable is obsolete. The parts mgr. searched on-line and couldn't find a dealer showing any stock. This is for a '95 ATX. Anybody got one or any leads on where to get one? Thanks!

    Wheel Skins

I got one from Don a couple weeks ago and it fit perfectly... His price was competetive and I knew I wouldn't have to worry about getting the right size! JB

Intrax Group buy-in from http://www.prosuspension.com - BEST SPRING DEAL YET!!

Right on, Mr. Horney....... $50 bucks is a pittance to save, if you have to do it over again or are not happy with the result. Does anybody know if Nook has these on his ride? I'm in, if I'm convinced that the ride will be ok! JB

    SHO SHOP SUCKS!!!

You're right, it was Ray, not Ron.... and Ray... and then Tom.... and Tom... and Tom.... I was so irritated I couldn't think too well! Still am, now that I mention it. Darn right I'll be burning up the phone wires as soon as the sun rises on the left coast. JB

Intrax Group buy-in from http://www.prosuspension.com - BEST SPRING DEAL YET!!

But has anybody really put the Intrax springs to the test? Do they ride OK? I understand progressive, and Nook's page says that their firm is way firmer than Eibach - I'm not sure that is a good thing! Any comments from current Intrax owners?? I'd like to get a set, but have to think about...
